With AI, your art is the canvas, network, artist, and amplifier.
The power of a creative project is in its network of promoters.
Jack Butcher, the founder of VV, understands this very well. He has built a network of passionate creators and skyrocketed its engagement by building in public.
Instead of offering a “finished” product, he turned his artwork into a canvas for creators to build upon by leveraging AI to commoditize creation.
That approach has enabled infinite variations to be generated quickly, and the best outputs are curated and promoted, expanding its reach.
Making the speed of creation accessible for those participating is key to gaining momentum faster, and that’s a benefit we get from generative AI.
We created some animated Opepen variations but not with AI. Instead, we did it with Keynote (yes, apple keynote) and some human pondering. 😉
